What is pooping on my patio?

This poop shows up overnight. I have no idea what it is. I live in southern Nevada, about a half hr from Las Vegas, near the desert. Local wildlife is desert mice, scorpions, cockroaches, rattle snakes, lizards, chipmunks, owls, pigeons, bats, occasional quails, some turkey vultures...

They are a pile of poop in a circle, but no white stuff. The poop is only on one side of the front walk, the side that is closest to the house. We have landscape plants there and a climbing fig up the wall. Someone could be in the plants, on the climbing plant, or on top of the eaves of the house.

Notes:
-It is not cylindircal, so I do not think it is rat, mouse, bat, toad.
-It does not have white tips, so I do not think it is lizard.
-It looks like bird poop (being blackish-brown and in a pile), but there is no white stuff (urine) - it's just the black poops all over the patio. Pigeons (or any bird) I believe would leave white stuff all over, not just the brown stuff.

I cannot figure it out! They're about the size of a dime, or less. But it is gross and I would like to find and prevent whatever is pooping on our front walk.

Any help or suggestions appreciated!!
