Assassin Bug.

Looks like a wheel bug....an image from a different angle would clarify.

Neither one of those bugs have wings.

Both of the above-suggested bugs have wings and are capable of flight (as adults).

ok. Sorry! When I've seen them they had no wings. Also the google searches shows them without wings.

Zackey, adult true bugs (like stinkbugs, wheelbugs, assassin bugs, etc.) fold their wings neatly out of sight when not in use. Beetles do the same thing, right?

The above photo shows a somewhat uncommon posture with the wings deployed. This posture can foil identifying many species whose key characteristics are more apparent with the wings folded away (including beetles elytra that cover up the hindwings). So that is why most images are shown with folded wings--it is more commonly seen and can aid in identification.
