Atteva aurea, Ailanthus Webworm Moth.

Insects with this striking a color pattern can be identified using blurry photos, no problem.

I'm curious what keywords you would have used in Google.
Try them out and see if the above moth appears!

I would have never guessed it was a moth with the narrower wings. Due to this i tried red flying bug white dots Alabama. Got nothing...

One of my favorite little moths. Now that you know what it is, do a Google images search to see what it looks like with the wings open. Check out the caterpillar images, too.

Your search logic was good, google shows all kinds of spotted flying insects!

The advantage us insect hobbyists have is knowing where to start looking, knowing from experience what is a moth, beetle, etc.

Many of the smaller moths have this rolled-wing posture and can appear similar to beetles, leafhoppers, etc.
