Caterpillar identification help? :)

I found this wonderful little guy in my bedroom, so excuse the pictures bad quality and the cup background, haha.

I was wondering if someone could identify this guy for me or at least give me a rough idea of some of the things it could be?

I thought it was some type of moth as I have had a few moths in and out of my house recently.

It is similar to the various "tent caterpillars"; look around the neighborhood and see if there are any tents in the trees yet, compare to a caterpillar there.

When numerous, these can crawl to anyplace or drop off of a person's clothing when inside.

Try for a picture of the indoors moths.

What's your location? Makes a big difference, in some instances.

Oops, I see that you are in the UK. You good people have more of the tent making caterpillars than we do! I'm in agreement with Larry that it resembles some of the tent caterpillars that we have in the states.
