It's a centipede, looks very like the common house centipede, Scutigera coleoptrata, but I have no idea as to the species of centipedes that you have in your country.

Some centipedes may have a leg count of 44, but few people bother to count them. The name literally means "100 feet", an unlikely number of feet for even a centipede. Some millipedes ("1,000 feet") may have over 100 legs.

Neither are insects and are in a different sub-phyllum.

If it's some kind of centipede you might be able to trap them in the future with a pheromone trap. I have some from Mosquito Magnet that I use to keep the buggers out of my basement.
